Sneaking this in during the Friday night deadzone as it contains sex of a dub con nature and much angst. It's set post BDM (with one necessary iffy reference to FF) in a very dark future. Based on a prompt mercgoodgirl set me which was supposed to be a happy little ficlet, I started writing and this came out.

This is the only Firefly thing I had left in the works apart from a couple of old WIPs and I have nothing more in my head, no more raging bunnies. This week kicked my butt fannish wise and I'm left feeling a bit wrung out so I'll curl up somewhere and wait for Chuck and Supernatural and hope for the best.

Have to say, pleased that I finished it though. :) I prefer to write many many words rather than quick snapshot views of life so this was different.
