Did we all make it?
::group hug:: I missed you loads. Did you all survive the festivities?
I did. It was hard work cooking and cleaning and transferring back and forth from two houses, but I made it to the end without suffering from holiday blues, flu or hangovers.
Today we're celebrating the smallest evil's 16th birthday (it's actually on the 5th of Jan but he's back at school that day with several exams so we decided to have an imaginary birthday for him today.) Thankfully there's no party this year becase he wanted an electronic drum kit which was pretty expensive even with the grandparents chipping in.
News of the eleventh Doctor has surprised me. He might be great and it's nice to have no preconceived ideas but he's a wee bit young for my tastes.
Best thing I watched over Crimbo was Top Gear Vietnam Special. I less than 3 my TG boys so damn much.
Worst thing was the disappointing new Wallace and Grommit.
I pledge this year to walk more and eat healthy grub, to finish my WIPs and generally find time to write. This is going to be a stonking great year, so it is.
